Our custom signature program, ALIVE, engages the whole human being's wellness aligning heart, body, mind, and soul.
Grounded in a fusion of ancient wisdom and brain education, your team will nurture their well-being and be replenished for top performance.
Our approach involves methods involve stretching, breathing, meditations, and positive affirmations that rewire the brain to create an internal environment that fosters health, happiness, and peace.
How does it work?
- Determine what team outcomes are a priority.
- Share your budget range and other time constraints/desires you have to operate with.
- Pick what level of energy performance coaching you want for yourself and the team.
- Select which programs resonate best for your team from the menu below. We will do our best to customize a program within that budget. In general, the more self study and online it is, the more affordable our services become.
- We discuss our custom program proposal and determine whether it's a fit or not. If not, we will share alternative solutions or refer you to other resources.
ALIVE Program Menu
30 minute 1:1 Energy Coaching Sessions
Frequency: Twice or month or monthly
Your team would have 1-2 coaches customized to your team's needs.
30-75 Minute Live Virtual Korean Yoga/Tai Chi Class
Frequency: Weekly, twice a month, with on demand recordings
Strengthen the mind body connection with mindful, moving meditations. Our unique Korean yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong is based on Body and Brain Yoga, combines Tao energy principles, Korean martial arts, and brain education to recover your body’s natural healing and create more health, happiness and peace in your life.
Each movement goes beyond flexibility and muscle strengthening to enliven and activate your organs, energy meridians, and energetic body to realign your energy circulation that grounds you for the rest of your day no matter what age or experience level you have. Modifications are provided for each unique group attending the class for injuries, beginners, and advanced students.

60 minute Group Q&A Coaching Session
Frequency: Monthly or as needed
This is an open ended group coaching session designed to build community, trust, and get support needed along the journey where there are challenges, breakdowns, or coaching needed to stay on the path to sustainable wellness.

Our recommended flow are weekly calls as follows for a minimum 3 month engagement to build the habits and see longer lasting, sustainable results.
We'll take an assessment of how optimized your the team's energy potential is before and after the initial 3 month trial period, so you can see the results.
Then we can customize a 6-12 month annually renewing program so these results stick long term for better talent retention, workplace satisfaction, and innovation.
