SCHEDULE
Once the 4 business seats close, you will receive an email coordinating coaching call times that work for everyone. Expect this email no later than 3 weeks prior to the next program start date.
On the first group coaching call, we’ll go over what to expect, agree on ground rules, how to use our video conference platform zoom, and create your goals of what you intend to get out of the coaching program and in your business.
Two weeks prior to the program starting, you will receive an email with final logistics including links for the Facebook Group, online training portal Teachable, a program implementation checklist, and road map of where are headed in the program.

Note: If you have not used Zoom before, you will need to download zoom (it's free and takes just a couple minutes) on your computer. I recommend downloading the app to your phone as well for those unexpected days you cannot get to a laptop. If that link doesn't work, simply go to zoom.us. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ANNA
Be your champion. I’ve got your back. My job is to coach you in whatever way is most effective for you (whether gently and lovingly or kicking your butt!) to cause the outcome you say you want. You will likely hit up against blind spots, areas of life you don’t know you don’t know are stopping you. My job is to help you discover a blindspot having you do critical thinking versus always give advice or the answer. There may be times your “stuff” comes up. Embrace it. The sooner we face your fears, the sooner success can arise. Your success is my success.
Be available & responsive. Anna's team will return all calls and voicemails regarding the program details, billing, etc. no later than 24 business hours. Ie. If you ask a question Friday afternoon, our team may respond by Monday afternoon. However, our goal is to respond by 4pm each day. If it’s urgent, please text Anna.
Hold you accountable. Each call we will review actions from last call, share updates, and create next most impactful actions to take for the next week. The more you do the work, the more results you’ll have.
Customize. Each entrepreneur in the accelerator will be at varying levels and stages in their business. Since each entrepreneur is unique with their own sets of strengths and challenges, part of my job is to customize or translate the program material of business fundamentals as it pertains to your business. The best times to ask specific questions for your business (program related or just in general) will be on your group coaching call or in Facebook. I check in that group twice or more daily.
WHAT ANNA EXPECTS OF YOU
Participate fully. Come to the call having completed all your actions. Remember: no action, no results. If you get stuck--reach out to the Facebook Group, email me, or be vocal on the group coaching call.
Be on time. Please arrive on the zoom call line at least 5 minutes prior to the call time so you are settled and ready to go when we begin promptly at the call start time.
Be 100% present on our calls. For group coaching calls, find a quiet, non distracting place. This means, no cleaning, cooking, checking email, driving, watching kids (if applicable), or background noise which might distract you. This serves you in achieving your best outcomes.
Be in communication.
The sooner you communicate, the sooner I can support you in transforming that area. If something isn’t working, not what you expect, or you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, please be in communication immediately. Don’t wait! I promise you’ll then have more more clarity and resolve to move forward. Unfortunately, I haven’t learned how to read minds just yet. :D For urgent matters, please text me. Otherwise, email me.
Be coachable. You may be asked to take actions where it’s uncomfortable or it may not resonate. Voice any concerns you have upfront so we can be on the same page AND remember being coachable often means doing what you don’t want to do to be the “Future You” you want to become. By breaking through where you normally get stopped, you transform. That’s where the magic happens.
